1. Purpose of the Engagement:
These Terms & Conditions govern the Narrative Audit and Narrative System services provided by Artist Lab Studio. The objective is to help founders and companies clarify, articulate, and strengthen their narrative across all internal and external communication: leadership alignment, market messaging, investor narrative, and public presence.
2. Structure & Duration:
The engagement operates monthly. It begins upon receipt of the first payment and continues on a month-to-month basis.The engagement renews automatically unless canceled with 21 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. This 21 days period is waived for the first month.
3. Fees & Payment:
Month 1: €2,400: includes the full Narrative Audit and initiation of the Narrative System.
Month 2 onward: €3,800/month: continuation of the Narrative System. Payments can be made via bank transfer or Stripe invoice and due at the start of each month. Work begins upon receipt of payment.
4. Scope of Work:
Narrative Audit (Month 1): Diagnosis of current narrative, clarity, positioning, and communication. Review of website, deck, internal docs, and leadership communication. Identification of gaps and opportunities.
Narrative System (Ongoing): Weekly 60-minute strategic sessions. Founder/leadership narrative shaping. Company story architecture and messaging development. Investor and sales narrative refinement. Internal communication clarity for team alignment. Public presence guidance where relevant. Asynchronous support (email, written feedback, short reviews).
5. Communication:
Communication occurs primarily via Zoom/Meet and email. Possibility to meet once a month in our London office. Artist Lab provides asynchronous feedback during active paid months.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Given the strategic and customized nature of the work:
Payments are non-refundable once a month has begun. The engagement can be terminated with 21 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. Waived for the first month.
7. Confidentiality:
Artist Lab Studio agrees to maintain full confidentiality regarding all material shared during the engagement.
8. Intellectual Property:
All frameworks, systems, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of Artist Lab Studio. All narrative outputs created for the client belong to the client for their operational use.
9. Limitation of Liability:
Artist Lab Studio provides strategic guidance.
All business decisions and outcomes remain the client’s responsibility.
10. Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law, with disputes handled by the competent courts of Paris.
