Unprepared-Rewiring the Human Soul in a World Without a Manual
In a world evolving faster than our minds can adapt, this is a call to rediscover meaning, connection, and the courage to be human again.

Unprepared - Rewiring the Human Soul in a World Without a Manual.
We entered a new era, simply bombarded by a constant flow of information. We struggled to keep our heads above the water. And who can blame us? The information never traveled that fast. Where our ancestors had books and word of mouth, we have social media and AI-powered online search. No wonder. Duh. I’m 35 and I didn’t grow up with a mobile phone. Now I can wear glasses connected to satellites.
I’m a big believer that technology and exploration are amazing. And they should be nurtured and encouraged. However, I see the headcounts along the road. And we need to address the matter at hand.
It’s okay to be lost.
It’s okay to not understand our parents anymore, let alone our grandparents.
It’s okay to be in conflict with everything and nothing at all.
It’s okay to not know where to start.
It’s okay to be afraid.
It’s okay to be scared.
This is scary.
We were not prepared to evolve that fast.
We have amazing brains, but they come without manuals.
And we have to rewire the way we think, the way we process information, the way we live.
This is highly challenging, to see all our knowledge taken down one after the other.
In the history of the world, we always had to adapt.
And most of the time, we lost part of the population in the evolution.
Entire species disappeared.
What’s challenging today is that we are not facing a physical evolution or one linked to the elements.
The evolution is happening inside our brains.
We see more and more debates that go nowhere, because we can’t debate anymore.
Too scared to lose the little sanity we have left.
We hold our grounds.
Anger is rising because fear took hold of most of us.
We are scared to lose control and possession of the very little we have.
What I see is that we’ve been slapped hard by the world, reminding us that we are not that important.
And man, that hurts.
So, as a rebellion, we saw behaviors completely out of sync. Beliefs that can’t be changed, despite the fact that they are founded on nothing except average little bull stories. Not being able to process information is, for me, the biggest punch we took without seeing it coming.
Hopefully, there are some of us who realize that. They came off shaking a bit, but they crossed the obstacles by diligently doing what the others are stuck on, and for now incapable of doing.
This is why there are roughly two sides opposing each other now: the truth seekers and the lost souls. Nobody’s listening. Everyone’s scared of being wrong. And this has nothing to do with politics. Democrats and Republicans didn’t use to be enemies. They used to respect and challenge each other. I don’t care about politics. I want to go above it to what really matters. Because those monologues screaming past each other, both convinced they’re saving the world, are actually just desperate cries for help.
I believe deeply that the success of the past 20 years, along with social media, brought a lot of issues that we didn’t address properly. We left too many of us unchecked with mass destruction weapons coming their way. We lost control.
So can we hate our neighbor for telling stories without head or tail, can we? Probably what he only needs is connection. He’s never felt that lonely in this interconnected world. He just wants someone to tell him, “I see you, buddy.”
But it’s so hard to do, because we are all consumed and surviving. The lack of control created fear and anguish, which itself created the need to belong to what we fear, and the inception of all-in behavior that today leads to hatred and broken dialogue.
For me, we have to start at the beginning. Rising not with the tools we want, or the technology we want, but by being ourselves. Giving meaning and purpose to our actions is the first step to creating connection to the outside world. Knowing that what we see is a construction can’t scare us anymore. To the opposite. Once we know, we can’t unsee it, and it should be our mission.
We have incredible tools at our disposal. We made a mistake by letting them go unchecked. We gave every teenager on Earth a grenade called ‘social media reach’, and no one taught them what it’s for. Now we’re surprised the place is on fire. It’s time to use them to our full potential, to create something amazing.
This is why I’m doing what I’m doing today. I could have stuck to film production, trying to change the world every other year when the film comes out. But the urge felt bigger. I’m worried, but confident and eager to be part of the rebellion against this crisis of collective consciousness.
This is why I write today.
